I'm an artist, can we work together?
We'd absolutely love to hear from you! We want to partner with and reward as many artists from a wide range of backgrounds.
We're always open to new ideas too - the crazier the better!
When will my order arrive?
You'll receive free standard shipping with every order over £20 and we expect your order to arrive in 3-5 working days.
If you need the puzzle sooner, you can upgrade to Express delivery at the checkout (at a cost of £4) to receive your order in 1-3 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery for all orders over £20 is free (Express delivery upgrade is available for £4).
Standard delivery for orders below £20 is £2.99
Do you ship internationally?
Due to Brexit complications, we do not currently ship internationally. We will update the shipping options when we can confidently offer international shipping again and the cost will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery times will vary by country but we'll let you know when we expect your order to arrive. We are unable to manage any import costs and these will have to be met by yourself.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We'll do our best to help but it depends how quickly you reach out to us. Please email us as soon as possible and we'll work hard to support you.
Do you accept returns?
We are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy for unopened products. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know how.
Can I pre-order a puzzle?
When we release a new design, we often open them for pre-order a couple of weeks before they are available to ship.
Your payment will guarantee you a puzzle as soon as they arrive. Our product pages will let you know when we expect to ship and we'll also advise on delivery dates in your order confirmation.
We'll keep you updated on order delivery expectations right up until the magic moment when the puzzles arrive.
