Tell us about yourself

I’m an actress from Italy, puzzle-lover, currently living a rather exciting adventure in London!

I’ve just joined the Piece and Quiet team as a Social Media Executive and I’m beyond happy to start working with this company.

Being an artist myself, I understand how important it is to take care of your mental health and wellbeing, and I'm especially passionate about manual activities that can help me relax after an intense day (and I’ve had a lot of those since moving to London!).

What do you like about Piece and Quiet?

Ever since I was little, I've been doing puzzles with my grandma and I've always found them extremely relaxing and fun. I love to take an hour or 2 (or more…I can get quite obsessive 😁...) to build a beautiful jigsaw and see it come together piece by piece.

When I found out about Piece and Quiet, I was very impressed by the beauty of their puzzles, the wonderful designs created by UK artists, and their focus on mental health.

It’s very rewarding to work for a company that shares my beliefs and that promotes a product which can be a tool for people to focus on something else rather than everyday stress.

I have finally found a job where I can use my creativity to help spread the mental health message, and I get to do puzzles in the meantime as a bonus 😊

Describe your ultimate mindful moment

One of my favourite things to do to de-stress (apart from a jigsaw puzzle, of course!)is to take long walks by the river in Southbank and listen to the water, the seagulls while appreciating the beauty of the City.

My first order of business: to buy the “Sounds of Summer” jigsaw puzzle for my Grandma’s birthday!
